You might be fortunate. I would have to say that saxophone playing is less demanding in some aspects. However, you may find difficulties in the following fields:
Angle, Embouchure
Vibrato
Palm-key, Special-key sets
Response in Low Range

I'm afraid that you chose the difficult way. Clarinet playing is more demanding in many ways as you may have realized already. Common issues are followings:
